Recently I was able to share with The Concilio’s Young Latino Professionals group about goal setting for professional development. I taught on short-term, long-term, and generational goals.
Generational goals are my way of saying that I recognize my life is bigger than me, and what I do each day doesn’t affect just me-it affects the generation that is alive to see my journey.
This group was so energizing. As much as I love marketing and helping to build my clients brands; there’s a whole other level of joy that comes from helping people succeed.
What a rewarding opportunity to help young leaders unlock their potential.
