Happy February!

Hola! I’m Margie Aguilar and I represent a Latina led production and multicultural marketing creative house, ISP.

Along with that company, I work to help lead other companies as well as an active board member.

January typically has a lot of board meetings, and this year was no different. But despite the busyness, I’m happy to be moving the needle in the first quarter.

I’m thankful to be a decision maker and not just a spectator. I’m so grateful to have earned a seat at the table (or more than a few tables) with my decades of creative and marketing work, and my unique experiences as a Latin woman.
